10th of  June 2019: Final paper submission
30th of June 2019: Revision and acceptance notification of final paper
15th of July 2019: Final paper submission for publication

Proposals should be submitted in the following formats:
Abstracts: The abstract should be of max. 500 words, with 1 figure, and should be submitted as PDF file and in DOCX template. It must include the name of the author, affiliation and email.
Full papers: The full paper submitted for the reviewing process must be with a max length of 8 pages.
The accepted articles will be published in the proceedings book and in the ICOMOS Open Archive.

As stated in the goals, the papers should reflect on the “relationship between theory and practice, in different dimensions: in teaching, in legislation, in management, in planning, in design and in rehabilitation work”, whenever possible, supported by examples of “good and bad practices”.
Only one article per country will be accepted. It is suggested an article prepared by a group of members of each National Committee, in order to cover the various topics suggested. Each National Committee can pre-select the paper.
Papers should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good composition.
The submission of the paper carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or by one of the co-authors.
